Service update: future dated payments
Due to the planned launch of our new Business Online Banking service (scheduled for the second quarter of 2010) we need to make some changes to the services we currently offer through the existing system:
- The facility to schedule payments up to 365 days in advance of the actual payment date has been suspended with immediate effect.
- Payments can now be scheduled up to 60 days in advance of the payment due date. (As the launch date approaches this period will reduce further - we will keep you updated).
- This is a temporary change - normal service will be restored with the launch of the new Business Online Banking service.
During busy periods, you may find difficulty in accessing the service. We apologise for this, however if you experience any difficulties the following options are also available to you:
