Sentinel® Card Protection is a trading name and registered trademark of Affinion International Limited. The Sentinel® Card Protection Policy is underwritten by Allianz Cornhill Insurance PLC, 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 1DB. (Registered in England No. 84638)

If you take this cover, the bank will pass your name, address and account number to Sentinel® for the purpose of billing your account with the relevant premium now and for future renewals. One quarter of the subscription is payable to the insurer as premium (inclusive of insurance premium tax) and Sentinel® retain the remainder for arranging this insurance. Affinion International Limited and Cornhill are both members of the General Insurance Standards Council and other regulatory bodies, in particular to ensure our compliance with the Code.

The Law which applies to the Policy is the Law for the part of the UK in which you live. If you do not normally live in the UK, then English law applies. Terms and conditions apply and are available on request by calling 0800 414 717. A full set of terms and conditions will be provided to you with the fulfilment pack, which also sets out any exclusions or restrictions.
