What happens if I have a problem or complaint?
In our experience most complaints can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone.
Personal customers: please talk to one of the Customer Service Advisors on 08457 212 212.* For Visa customers please call 0845 600 6000.
Corporate customers: please talk to any member of the Relationship Account Support Team on 08457 654 654* If you are still not happy, please ask to talk to the Team Manager or your Relationship Manager.
Business customers: please talk to any member of the team on 08457 213 213 .* If you are still not happy, please ask to talk to a Team Manager.
Ultimately, if no resolution can be reached, our Team Managers/Relationship Managers will be happy to advise you of the Bank's complaints procedure.
