For pension members seeking an AVC plan
If your employer has set up a CIS AVC plan for members of its main pension scheme and you would like to join, you need to contact us for an application pack.
Schemes can differ in the options available and it would enable us to help you with your query more quickly if you can confirm who you work for and if possible the scheme reference number for the scheme that you are wishing to join. Your employer should be able to provide you with the number.
