In the unlikely event that you have a problem or complaint, we will do everything we can to help resolve it for you. In our experience most complaints can be dealt with quickly and easily over the phone.
If you have a query or complaint, please talk to our Relationship Account Support Team on 08457 654 654, lines are open 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, or your Relationship Manager.
Ultimately, if a resolution cannot be reached, our team managers will advise you of the Bank's complaints procedure.
