Lending
If your business requires funding of over £100,000 our Corporate Treasury sales team can discuss the options for both LIBOR and fixed rate loans.
Our treasury lending products include:
LIBOR loans
Take the uncertainty out of interest rate movements with a London Interbank Offered Rate (LIBOR) loan. This type of loan allows for the fixing of interest rates for relatively short periods – typically from one to six months. Rates are based on the LIBOR of each chosen period and interest is paid on the maturity of each period. A LIBOR loan is easy to arrange and has flexible terms to meets your requirements.
Fixed rate loans
Fixed interest rates help you plan accurate financial forecasts and provide the security of knowing your exact repayment schedule. Terms of up to 10 years are available on loans of over £1 million.
