We have updated the contact form so that it is easier to find the details of the department you want to contact online.

You asked us for a mobile banking app.

We are currently developing applications for both iPhone and Blackberry phones. These apps will allow you to check your balance and your most recent transactions on the move. They'll also allow you set up text message alerts and find your nearest Co-operative Bank and Britannia branch or cash machine.

We're also going to launch a text message alert service at the same time as the app, for customers who don't have one of these phones.
