Telephone banking

As long as you have access to a telephone, it’s possible to conduct your banking from anywhere – in your car, on a train or even at the airport. On those occasions when it’s not necessary to speak to your Relationship Manager, your Relationship Account Support Team can provide all the assistance you need.

Your Relationship Account Support Team is based in the UK and is available to take your call Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Call 08457 654 654 to carry out a range of banking services, including:

  • order cheque books and paying-in books
  • cancel Direct Debits
  • change or cancel standing orders
  • transfer funds between all linked Co-operative Bank business accounts
  • stop cheques
  • request copies of cheques, credits and statements
  • request tax certificates and certificates of interest
  • pay bills
  • arrange paying-in and encashment facilities.

Please note that for security purposes, each time you use our telephone banking service, we will request your pass number. This will identify you or your nominated staff to the Support Team.

Telephone banking is a convenient way to access your business account(s) without the need to visit a branch. If you have not registered for telephone banking and would like to start using the service, please call 08457 654 654. Lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
