- We promise to begin processing account applications within 48 hours and, if successful, to open them without error
- We promise to set up and pay your standing orders and Direct Debits as instructed and without mistakes
- We promise not to make any financial errors on your statements
- We promise to automatically issue your cheque books and cards to make sure you never run out
- We promise to calculate your charges and interest accurately and correct any errors without question.
In the unlikely event that we break any of these promises, we'll apologise, correct our mistake and pay £25 into your account as compensation.
