- Up to £1,500* worth of fraudulent use is covered on all registered cards (Must notify Sentinel® within 24 hours of discovering the loss, after which cover rises to £75,000).
Are you planning to travel abroad?
- Call Sentinel® anytime, from anywhere in the world, the call centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and will accept reverse charge calls.
- Emergency travel ticket replacement up to the value of £3,000* and an additional £3,000* to cover hotel bills, providing all cards are lost/stolen whilst stranded abroad away from permanent country of residence.
- Can claim up to £1,000* emergency cash advance, providing all cards are lost/stolen whilst stranded abroad away from permanent country of residence.
- Claim up to £200* personal cash should your registered cards be lost or stolen, providing all cards are lost/stolen whilst travelling outside your permanent country of residence.
- Up to £100 to obtain temporary travel documentation, if your passport is lost or stolen whilst abroad.
- Help in locating lost keys and luggage through a key and luggage tag retrieval service. You'll have security coded unique reference numbers so if your luggage or keys are lost anywhere in the world, Sentinel® can help ensure you are reunited with them.
