The government’s UK Climate Impacts Programme (UKCIP) estimates that over this century, the average UK annual temperature will rise by up to 3.5ºC. Sounds nice? Think again – the impact of this and other climate changes WILL alter our weather patterns.
Working with UKCIP we’ve produced a climate change tracker to demonstrate the potential impact of climate change in your region over this century.
Our climate change tracker will allow you to see these impacts for yourself.

Windows Vista users can download the climate change tracker to your desktop.
To check what operating system your PC is running right click on the desktop icon labeled My Computer and select Properties. Under the General tab you'll find your operating system.
How to install
- Click download (3.5MB)
- Select 'Open' when prompted to open or save file
- When security message appears click 'Allow'
- In your downloads folder double click climatechangetracker.gadget
- Select 'Install' from the Sidebar screen
- Climate change tracker will now appear in your Sidebar
