Customers Who Care campaigns put our ethics in action, and as a customer you play an important part

Since the launch of Customers Who Care in 1994, we've campaigned for change on a wide range of issues relating to our Ethical Policy and we've donated more than £4 million to over 80 charities and organisations.

  • For every £100 customers spend on Co-operative Bank credit and debit cards, we donate 1.25p to our campaign fund
  • Each campaign addresses a different theme or issue, which links to our ethical policy and our customers concerns
  • Our last campaign on Climate Change saw thousands of our customers lobbying their MP on the Climate Change Bill and thanks to an unprecedented level of public action, the Bill is now set to become law.
