With Community Directplus your organisation will:
- benefit from free banking* – this means no monthly service charge, no charges for paying in cash and cheques, no charges for writing cheques and no charges for standing order or Direct Debits
- receive interest on credit balances of £2,000 or more. Interest rates are tiered, so the higher your balance, the more money you will earn. View our current rates.
- have the freedom to manage your account by telephone, online, post or face-to-face at one of our branches or the Post Office (by arrangement)
- receive first-class customer service, backed up by our Customer Service Guarantees
- have the opportunity to apply for project funding from our Customer Donation Fund.
