A smooth transfer
To switch to The Co-operative Bank just call your nearest Commercial Banking Centre and our dedicated team will do the rest for you, including:
- redirecting all standing orders, Direct Debits and other payments
- transferring the balance from your old account(s)
- arranging for your old account(s) to be closed
- ensuring you have all the banking facilities you require while the switch is taking place.
All you need to do is sign some forms and provide us with any identification we require. We will ensure you have a named contact to keep you updated throughout the switching process and answer any questions you may have.
