We are updating our branch footprint across the nation. This page is intended to provide you with updates on any new branch openings, closures or mergers.
The Co-operative Bank is a signatory of the Access to Banking Protocol, as we believe it is the right thing to do for our customers and it fits with our ethics and values. The protocol, an agreement between the government and the banking sector, sets out what steps we should take to measure the impact of our decision to close a branch on our customers, how we should communicate our decision to them and the steps we should take to ensure they can continue to bank with us. Read more about our approach to the Access to Banking Protocol.
You can find further information on branch changes, including dates, in the table below. These dates may change so please come back for the most up to date information.
Passbook accounts can only be accessed in branch or via post. If you have a Passbook account, you will be unable to use the alternative methods we offer to manage accounts, such as the Post Office, ATMs, online banking and our mobile banking app. To discuss your Passbook account options, please contact one of our branches or call our Customer Contact Centre on 03457 121 7909 (call charges) for assistance. To manage your Passbook account via post, you can send this with your request to The Co-operative Bank, Britannia, FREEPOST (15796), Dept C0033, Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands, ST13 5RG.
We hope you'll continue to be happy with the products and services we provide and a warm welcome will await you at any of our branches.
