The Co-operative Bank’s Ethical Policy is currently

focused on five areas. We are considering extending the

policy to cover new areas. In addition we want to ensure

our Ethical Policy reflects the co-operative values of

self-help, self-responsibility, democracy, equality, equity

and solidarity and the ethical values of honesty,

openness, social responsibility and caring for others.

We want these values to translate to policies that are relevant for a Bank.
